Baseball Buddies

Well, we signed Trey up for his first year of T-ball. The Rock Hounds!!!! I never know quite know what to say about those spring game days. Some games I wanted to laugh out loud and the next time I was digging a hole through the grass to hide in.

Let's just put it like this................Trey loved sitting on the bench waiting for his turn to grasp the bat and swing at every ball that came his way!! By the end of the season he was hitting several of the "coach pitched" balls and not relying on the T anymore. BUT......when it was time to head to the outfield it was a different story!! He got a little bored which means the "horsing around", "daisy picking", "bird watching" started. Some days he'd play with his hat for 10 - 15 minutes, the next time he talked the ears off of every player that made it to 2nd base. Then some days he'd just lay on the ground and look up at the sky; day dreaming I guess!!

He never complained he always said he liked to play T-ball. But, with all that said....we'll be signing up for soccer next year!!
