If only I could be a kid again. No worries, except....is it going to be warm enough to wear shorts today???!!!! Oh the stress!
This is just a glimpse of my kids lives right now.

Breanne rides her scooter from sun up till sun down.

Trey rides his bike! I'd say he rides it till sun down but he just spent his well earned money on a light for the front of his bike so he can "ride in the dark".
Breanne has also got a playmate!! Kara, her kitty!
I know, I know, this is cruel right??? Don't have pity for that cat....she could scratch, or hiss or bite if she really wanted too but truth be told....she seeks this kind of attention out on a daily basis.
Then there's the new puppies!! Eight to be exact. Six boys and two girls. The kids just LOVE them!!
You know you want one!!!

This ones not for sale. It's part of the family!!

We had several calves born last week. This week we had twin lambs born and a litter of puppies is on the way!!
It's times like this that I love, love, love living on the farm!! This is the way life should be. The kids, especially

He said he took this to show how his socks actually matched his guitar pants. He loves socks!! He can't live without them. He will even try to wear them in the summer with flip flops!!
Of course this was taken to show the Mount Everest of snow we had! He thought it was a memory to put in the scrapbook. Smart boy!!
This is me! He said it was funny to see me shovelling because I never lift much. Dude!!! I work out okay....sometimes...whatever!
This was the kicker!! He said, "this is the box of whoopie pies aunt Lil dropped off while you were shovelling" Yum! I think to myself! What a great after shovelling snack!
and this, he said....."is my face stuffed with whoopie pies!" WHAT???!!!!!!! I have no idea how many pies our aunt baked for us but it looked like at least 3 were missing!! (he couldn't remember how many he ate....that's not a good sign)

The boys, and girls for that matter, had a blast!
We invited the youth group over for a little broom hockey and the kids were so excited they could barely contain themselves. We I got out I saw Bre recruited Niki and Eric for several hundred loops around the rink.
Trey was busy skating on his own. He finally got the hang of it and was zipping around (slowly) but confidently. We may just have a hockey player on our hands!!
